1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Poly Games mobile application (“App”) and any related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Accounts and Data Storage

To use certain features, you must create an account.
Your account stores your in-game progress, currencies, purchases, and items both locally on your device and on our servers.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
While our system is built with strong security measures using modern technologies (including JWT authentication and Laravel security best practices), we recommend that you do not use a password that you also use for other personal accounts.
If you lose access to your account due to forgotten credentials or unauthorized use, we cannot guarantee recovery of your data.

3. In-game Currencies and Items

The App may include virtual currencies (e.g., coins, gems, spins, hints) and items.
These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
We may change, adjust, or remove in-game items and currencies at any time without compensation.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases (IAP) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms and conditions.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Data Security & Liability

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a hack, data breach, or loss of data, Poly Games is not liable for any damages, loss of progress, or loss of virtual items. You understand and accept this risk by creating an account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or gameplay data with third parties. All stored data remains within our systems and is only used to provide and improve the game experience.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
Use the App for illegal activities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account and data via our support channels.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or always available.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
